Required documents
A valid copy of the trade license; tax registration certificate and tax registration number (if applicable); bank account details or an IBAN certificate in the company’s name; Emirates ID or passport of the owner or authorized person; company profile; list of products
services
and activities offered by the company; and the company’s contact details and official address.

The company must be active and licensed, and its business activities must align with the goods or services intended to be provided to the organization.
Applications are submitted electronically by creating an account on the portal,
filling out the supplier registration form, selecting the appropriate business activities, attaching the required documents,
and then submitting the request for review. All data provided must be accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with official documents.
