Fourth Collective Wedding at Shakhbout City Council – Abu Dhabi

Khalifa Foundation, in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Councils and the Office of Citizens and Community Affairs at the Presidential Court, organized the fourth collective wedding at Shakhbout City Council in Abu Dhabi, under the sponsorship of Dubai Islamic Bank, as part of its community programs aimed at supporting national youth, enhancing family stability, and reinforcing authentic social values.

The wedding recorded an unprecedented number, with the participation of 620 citizen youth, as part of the Foundation's keenness to ease the financial burdens associated with marriage and enable participants to begin their family life with stability and confidence, through the provision of a comprehensive package of support. The initiative aligns with the state's directions supporting the stability of the Emirati family and strengthening social cohesion, coinciding with the "Year of the Family," reflecting the wise leadership's interest in reinforcing the family's standing and providing the components of a dignified life for citizens.
