Opening of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Institute for Vocational Education in the Republic of Senegal – City of Mbour
Khalifa Foundation inaugurated the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Institute for Vocational Education in the city of Mbour, Republic of Senegal, in the presence of H.E. Ousmane Sonko, Prime Minister of the Republic of Senegal, H.E. Minister Moustapha Guirassy, H.E. Mohammed Haji Al Khoury, Director General of Khalifa Foundation, and H.E. Mabrouk Saeed Al Mansouri, Chargé d'Affaires of the UAE Embassy, alongside a number of government and public officials.
The institute includes diverse vocational and technical specializations, with a capacity of up to 1,000 students, at a total cost of AED 14 million, as part of a new development project implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Vocational Training and Education in Senegal, in support of education and capacity building.
