Description

One of the objectives of this service is to meet the needs of patients who are unable to bear the costs of medicines, devices, treatment or performing surgeries in governmental hospitals and clinics. The therapeutic services are provided according to the regulations and systems in force in the institution and after the approval of the medical committee approved by the institution

Service Procedures

  • Step 1 Submit the application
  • Step 2 Receive request reference number
  • Step 3 The Foundation will review the request
  • Step 4 If approved, the foundation will contact the patient
  • Step 5 If any changes occurred for the required document, the Foundation will communicate with the patient

Terms and Conditions

  • The type of treatment, devices and drugs required correspond to the diseases included for therapeutic assistance.
  • Non-coverage of devices and drugs by the health insurance or any other party.
  • Availability of official documents and validity of each date of (ID / passport / residence).
  • Security approval
